Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on Best Venture Digital are digital and delivered electronically (including, but not limited to, downloads, templates, planners, courses, and digital files).

Once a purchase is completed and the digital product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy is in place because:

• Digital products cannot be returned

• Access to the content is granted immediately after purchase

• There is no way to revoke access once delivered

No Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed.

Please ensure you review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions – Technical Issues

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Incompatibility with your device or software

• Failure to read the product description

However, if you experience a technical issue such as:

• Corrupted or incomplete files

• Incorrect files received

• Inability to access the download due to an error on our end

Please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue by:

• Re-sending the files

• Providing alternative download access

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a digital product that has already been delivered is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and access to the payment processor.
